Bay Area Estonians often get together during the holiday season to make verivorstid together, sometimes to provide sausage for various holiday events in the Bay Area, and always for the dedicated sausage-makers to take home some for their own holiday meals.

This year's sausage-making on November 23 attracted around thirty participants, some experts and some lear-ning this traditional skill for the first time. Many thanks to our gracious hosts, Mati and Silvi Otsmaa.
