This is the first time such a scholarship has been awarded by the foundation, and its aim is to encourage young artists, as well as to share news of their successes with the community.
Among the applications received, three young people stood out – dancer Diina Tamm, composer Jonas Tarm and visual artist Markus Puskar.
The Committee therefore decided to make an exception and award three full scholarships.
