The Estonian American National Council (EANC) is pleased to announce that it will award financial support to selected young adults interested in attending the 11th Joint Baltic American National Committee (JBANC) Baltic Conference on April 17-18, 2015.

The Conference will be held at the Renaissance Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington DC.

EANC will accept applications from individuals aged 17 to 30 who have not previously attended a JBANC Conference.  To apply for support, please submit an essay stating why you are interested in attending the Conference, include a short biography, and e-mail it to This email address is being protected from spambots.
