The Estonian American National Council (EANC) is pleased to announce that it will award financial support to selected young adults interested in attending the 12th Joint Baltic American National Committee (JBANC) Baltic Conference on May 19-20, 2017. The Conference will feature foreign policy and world affairs experts, and will be held at the Washington Court Hotel in Washington DC.

EANC will accept applications from individuals aged 17 to 30 who have not previously attended a JBANC Conference.
