Suured tervitused Bostonist!

I'm Anastassia Kolde, an Estonian living in Boston. I'm a member of the art and marketplace sub-committee of the Baltic Centennial in Boston that will take place on November 23-25, 2018 .

We are planning to celebrate 100 years of independence of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania together but still have a strong and explicit presence of each individual country. As part of the celebration we will have a gala, concerts, a film festival, speakers, art exhibits and marketplace. You can find out more about the event at www.balticboston.com

The reason why I'm reaching out to you now is that we, as Estonians, are struggling to find artists for the art exhibit and vendors for the marketplace. We simply do not have many Estonian or of Estonian descent artist/crafters in the Boston area. I am wondering maybe you have talented artists and/or crafters within your Estonian communities to whom this event might be of interest. I really want Estonian talents and skills to shine among Latvians and Lithuanians. It would be very unfortunate if our art exhibit and marketplace would not have a strong Estonian presence.

I'd really appreciate if you can spread the word and help me to get in touch with artists and crafters ho might be interested in our event!
