Vaino Riismandel
On April 10, 2017, Vaino John Riismandel, Retired Administrative Law Judge passed away in Ellicott City MD. Born in Rakvere, Estonia in 1920. He married Elli Sild in Kudina Township, Tarumaa County, Estonia in 1942. Beloved son of the late Euphrosyne-Karoline (Drell) and the late Jaan Riismandel.

H.E. Ambassador Lauri Lepik Keynote Speaker at EANC 2017 ANNUAL MEETING NOVEMBER 11 IN FLORIDA
The Estonian American National Council is pleased to announce that Estonian Ambassador to the United States Lauri Lepik will be the keynote speaker at a special EANC dinner on November 11, 2017. The dinner is in conjunction with EANC’s annual meeting at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The annual meeting is open to all interested parties, but prior registration is required and space is limited.
