High Energy Excise Duties: Estonia Misses Out On €1bn Apple Investment
Three years ago Apple announced a plan to build a server park in the Estonian town of Paldiski. The project, said to cost up to a billion euros, was never realized because of the local energy prices being too high, mainly due to excise duties and renewable energy taxes, writes ERR News.

Eesti By The Bay Cultural Exchange Project Receives Culture Ministry Grant
For the second year, the Estonian Culture Ministry has funded the San Francisco Estonian Society’s “Eesti By The Bay Cultural Exchange Project.” Over the last few years, the Estonian Society has been sponsoring more music, dance, and theater events, in part because a growing number of groups and performers from Estonia are looking for opportunities to perform for audiences in the US.

Koletis comes from the word kole (ugly). Beauty and the Beast is Kaunitar ja koletis. But ühe kuld, teise muld or "one person's gold is another person's dirt" and beauty is in the eye of the beholder (ilu on vaataja silmades); thank goodness for that.
