Estonian Health Board: Relaxation Measures Could Be Started for Children Under 10
Relaxation of crisis measures may happen first among the under 10s where the spread of the coronavirus has been lowest, the Estonian Health Board said on Thursday, April 30.
Mari-Anne Härma, Head of the Infectious Diseases Surveillance and Epidemic Control Department of the Health Board, said at a press conference on Thursday the infection rate in children is very low, which is the same for pregnant women.

Estonia's One-Month UN Security Council Presidency Begins
As of May 1, Estonia will hold the rotating presidency of the UN Security Council (UNSC) for a month. Estonia intends to place special emphasis on the links between the COVID-19 pandemic and the security environment, cyber security, the fundamental principles of international law, including the protection of civilians, and making the Security Council more transparent during the crisis.

New Jersey State Parks Will Be Reopened
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed an executive order on April 29 to reopen all state parks. The order took effect at sunrise on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020.
The order also allowed golf courses and county parks to reopen.
Social distancing will still continue to be mandated.

I never visited that kingdom, but often wished that I had.
I have had a personal connection with Tonga. In 1960, I danced with princess Nani at the Bali Hai, a Polynesian themed restaurant in San Diego, I believe, at Corona del Mar. Time and tide waits for no memory.

Estonia to Slowly Start Easing Restrictions
On April 23, Prime Minister Jüri Ratas said that the government is going to extend the emergency situation and accompanying orders by a minimum of two weeks, but that the 2+2 rule (a maximum of 2 people in a group, staying 2 metres apart) will remain in force in Estonia for a "quite a long time". "The cost of rushing can be extremely severe," Ratas said, adding that an emergency situation should last a week too long rather than a day too little.

Estonian Foreign Minister and Foreign Ministers of 23 UN Member States Make a Joint Declaration About Coronavirus
According to Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu, the global spread of COVID-19 is proof of the importance of international cooperation.
“The coronavirus doesn’t care about state borders and international organisations must work together,” said the Foreign Minister. “We must learn from the situation, improve the resilience of the health systems of countries and take decisive steps to prevent pandemics in the future.”
