Assist Needy Estonian Children & Families
Please help spread hope and joy to the children and families in Estonia that presently cannot see hope or joy in their future. If we are truly human, then this is the least that we should do. Three cups of coffee a year. It may not sound like a lot, but believe it or not, that is all it takes to make a difference in the life of an Estonian child or a family in desperate need. By forgeting that little indulgence, you can make a difference in the life of someone who has little hope for their future. You can make them believe and thus give all of us hope for a better future.

Estonian World Council Urges Marking Tartu Peace Treaty 100
The Estonian World Council is appealing to Estonian communities abroad to mark the upcoming 100th anniversary of the Tartu Peace Treaty signed on February 2, 1920 by Estonia and the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. The treaty ended the Estonian War of Independence, finalized the country's eastern border and recorded Russia's unreserved recognition of Estonia's independence and renouncement in perpetuity of all rights to Estonian territory, although the current Russian Government strongly denies the validity of the Treaty, stating that it is not the successor state to the treaty. ÜEKN invites Estonians everywhere to celebrate the Tartu Peace Treaty as a pillar of Estonia's statehood. By doing so, we pledge to ourselves and announce to others that Estonians will not relinquish justice and truth. Please let the World Council know of events marking this historic event by getting in touch at
